This 7,250 SF tenant improvement began as a space plan for Research Corporation Technologies in an empty shell space at the Top of Swan Professional Office Complex. The challenge was to create an efficient layout with great flow to meet their programmatic needs. This included several offices, a board room, and a break room all featuring views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a library, work room, and file storage space. Barbara Phillips of Integrated Interiors, worked to select a finish palette that would integrate with their existing office furniture while providing a contemporary, yet classic interior space.
