This Genesis OB/GYN office was a 5,800 SF build-out in the newly renovated lower level at La Cholla Medical Center. Designing from essentially a blank slate, Intertech worked closely with the tenant  to create a medical suite that would ensure an efficient flow as well as maximize the number of exam rooms. They also were interested in creating a warm and calming environment with finishes similar to their other locations in the building. This was a fast-tracked project that was completed on time and within budget.
