PICOR Commercial Real Estate
Renovation | Tucson, Arizona
Intertech Architectural Interiors was approached to create a new, dynamic, and collaborative work space for PICOR in the old 10,500 SF Tucson College Space at 5151 E. Broadway. This was achieved through a space plan concept consisting of centrally located glass offices overlooking open collaborative work spaces with a mixture of varying sized meeting rooms. A contemporary aesthetic was achieved through the use of an open ceiling with hung acoustical panels, exposed duct work, and pendant light fixtures. Amanda Wood of Linda Robinson Design worked with the tenant to select a finish palette that would provide a progressive, contemporary look. Atmosphere Commercial Interiors provided to furniture, while John Benedict of Some Distant World added custom wood and metal custom furniture.
