We designed this 3.4M house for a private owner and his wife, to be capture the fantastic 300 degree of this unique site at the top of Sabino Hill. It has a 20 foot rotunda at the entry. We incorporated a salvaged vault door to his prized wine collection. It has a master bedroom wing and a family style theatre, negative edge pool and a guest house. The house is great for entertainment and has an attached 4 car garage. The client’s wife accomplished the interior design furniture and color scheme and was involved in the early programming and planning process.
