Located on University Boulevard just west of the University of Arizona’s Main Gate, Fuku Sushi was a conversion of a previous bakery and coffee house. Although much of the kitchen equipment was reulitized, the 1,805 square foot space offers three new chef stations and a full service bar. In addition, it presents a new image that is lively and contemporary. This was achieved by the use of vivid colors, Japanese elements, and water-like features. This modern hangout spot was designed to appeal to UA students and catch the eye of passersby.
