The Heritage Highlands Clubhouse, located in Dove Mountain was expanded and remodeled to better serve the needs of its gated adult community. The renovation included a new covered full service exterior dining area, a reconfigured bar and grill, an addition to the kitchen doubling it’s size, and new storage facilites.

The existing floor plan was redesigned to better accommodate the uses of each room. The spacial organization affected the library, craft room, multipurpose rooms, and administration areas. New millwork was added to provide adequate storage as well as ergonomic work surfaces.

The clubhouse received a fresh look by changing the finishes throughout. Much of the new color scheme and finish selections were derived from the surrounding land and mountian scapes. Fine materials including limestone, various marbles, and decorative details enhanced the simple elegant lines of the building.
