RadioShack developed a new interior store design and marketing plan. As a test it was rolled out to all of its stores in the Tucson market. Intertech Architecture worked closely with RadioShack on this important project. The first part of the Intertech Architecture involvement was to do an extensive survey of the existing stores in Tucson. Verifying existing conditions, floor plans, and facilities. The second part was to design, develop and oversee the construction of three freestanding stores in Southern Arizona. Intertech Architecture consulted with the design and marketing departments of RadioShack to ensure the building’s design worked well with the Merchandising standards set by RadioShack. Intertech Architecture services included creating the development plan, designing the new building, preparing all construction documents, procuring all permits and serving as Construction Administration liaison between General Contractor and RadioShack.
